Gluten Free Dishes

I'm just testing the waters to see if there is a real demand for home-cooked gluten free products. My wife was diagnosed with ceoliac disease around 10 years ago and we have been able to find and produce a vast range of main course dishes and deserts. Given that more people are being diagnosed and are also realising the benefits of flour free diets, does anyone think as a delivery service this is viable in Hong Kong?

I was interested to read your post. I have just been put on a gluten free, dairy free, diet by my homeopathic doc. She thinks that after years of eating the stuff that i may have made myself allergic to it all.
It has as you say been hard to find dishes that are ready made. I have to spend most days in my tiny kitchen trying to work out what to eat. A friend gave me the Dr Joshi's Holistic detox book to read and get recipes from. That has helped but if i can't be bothered to cook i go to Life restaurant in Soho. May be you should speak to them and see what they say about a delivery service idea.
I know if I did use it, it would mainly for depend on the cost as to how often.
