I'm just testing the waters to see if there is a real demand for home-cooked gluten free products. My wife was diagnosed with ceoliac disease around 10 years ago and we have been able to find and produce a vast range of main course dishes and deserts. Given that more people are being diagnosed and are also realising the benefits of flour free diets, does anyone think as a delivery service this is viable in Hong Kong?
Looking forward to any feedback.
