fish fillet recipes

How do you cook fish fillet? i usually pan fry and put sweet and sour sauce. OR black bean.
any other style of cooking this?

1. boil fish fillet w/ reasonable amount of fresh milk, rosemary herbs, salt and pepper until it dry
2. mashed boiled potatoes
3. chopped onions
4. mixed cooked fish fillet ,mashed potatoes, chopped onions, 2 eggs w/little bit of flour
(you can also add chopped parsley or spring onion
5. form like a fish ball or fish cake and fry it with little oil until the color become golden brown

try frying fish until crisp on the sides, then add sliced tomatoes out about half cup of water to 2 fillets.. add one beaten egg..season to taste.. its a typiacl filipino recipie..quiet good but it can an accuired taste..

put fish on baking bowl (?), add some sliced onions, (liquid)whipped cream (250ml) or lobster bisque (1 can), boiled (or not) brocolli or cauliflower.....
bake for 25minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

use trout fillets (or similar - must be quite long and thin for rolling). Marinade (for at least three hours - prefrebly overnight) lime juice, olive oil, finely-chopped spring onion, coriander, garlic, ginger and a little creamed coconut. Spread the marinaded ingredients onto the fish fillet. Blanch large lettuce leaves (dip in boiling water for a second or two) then roll up the fillets and wrap in a lettuce leaf (might need two). Steam for just 7 minutes (bamboo steamer always works best for me). Serve with coriander rice and french beans with a little soy sauce and sesame oil.
