I've had two c-sections with Dr. Ho. The anesthesiologist he used was the same each time. I think it might have been Dr. Yao, but I can't remember. Anyway, Dr. Ho is very concentrated and doesn't communicate very much during the surgery. The anesthesiologist walks you through the surgery and tells you what's going on. If it's a first time c-section for you, I would tell him that you would like him to tell you what's happening. If you would like him to lower the curtain when they pull the baby out, also tell him that in advance.
If it is your last baby and you are known to develop keloid scars, Dr. Ho will refer you to a dermatologist who will inject cortisone into the scar area to reduce inflammation and deter formation of thick scar tissue.
Hope that helps.
