am i pregnant?

hi everyone...

i have few questions so please bear with me :)

I'm not sure if im really pregnant or not..
do you think i'm pregnant even though i dont feel any symptoms at the moment? i took a pregnency test last week and it came out to be positive and didn't have my period last month...

do u know any doctor or hospital to confirm my pregnancy? i prefer public as i might not afford the private..
don;t know what to do or where to go.

Did a baby pop out 4 months ago?
Is there now a small person sleeping, drinking and taking over your life?
Do you hear crying regularly in the night?

If you can answer 'Yes' to any of those questions then I would cautiously say that you were pregnant.
