Can anyone recommend a dog trainer for puppy classes?? In English!!!

The SPCA has classes. I think they're in English but you might want to check.

My vet's office recommended Jack Suen tel. 9427-1946. Hope this helps. The Community Advice Bureau (CAB)

I would also recommend the SPCA, not only for the training but for the fact that they help you socialize your puppy with other dogs and people. I have taken the class in English.
