My experience is HKD3000 per hour

It varies, depending on what areas of service you require, be it contentious or non-contentious, the complexity of the case, the practising experience of the lawyer, etc. HKD3,000 is often a starting. Thrice of that is not unusual. Some offer lower rate for long-term clients.
