setting up classes

we are currently in the process of establishing a Language service company, to provide language classes for children. Maximum students per class will be 8.

The classes will be in various schools and venues.

Can anyone send me any details if you have any experience or knowledge of how to do this.

Do we need to check the school/club house has a childcare license? And does our language company need any special license.

Also, if we want to teach students outside, take them on day trips, can you tell what the procedure would be. What rules apply.

I would appreciate any information you can send to me.

It also depends on what age group you are planning to teach as to which government department you get the information from.
You need a license if you have "8 or more" that means you can not legally (theoretically) have more than 7 (but plenty of people take 8 as they read it that way).
I think if you operate in a school it already is licensed and so you can do pretty much what you want if they invite you in.
