Data on actual prices

Hi, anyone know where to find historical data about actual selling prices and actual rents paid?

Want to rent/buy but the agents only seem to give out asking prices.

You can find the building you are interested in, and then drill down on transaction history.

Agents keep very detailed databases on selling prices. If you insist they will show you sooner or later.

It would be nice to see a history of actual prices, asking, selling/renting here on asiaexpat.

The Centadata is good, but they leave out village houses and it is only for transacted sales.
