"Part time helpers" Ad

Hi Ed

I am a bit confused. I went thru the captioned and saw 2-3 ads which were posted by helpers themselves. I thought that column is for employers to put up their ads. Of course, if they are for both employers and employees that is fine with me. I just want to make sure where to look. Thanks.
